RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

  • If you wish to return you must do so within 10 days of receiving your item(s). we will ONLY accept returns received within 10 days from day of purchase.
  • Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all accessories and product tags attached.
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving. If you believe you have received an incorrect package please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package, we will then either exchange the item for you or refund you. 
  • Merchandise purchased online via jeansgemswholesale website can be returned to our warehouse.

 RETURNS PROCEDURE

 

Prepare your parcel 1. Fill out the reason for your return on the invoice and pack the invoice (your original packing slip) in with the item(s) being returned. If you do not provide your original invoice or a returns slip with your order number; processing your refund will be delayed. If you have lost your invoice please leave a note in the parcel with your name, address and order number and we will be able to refund you.
Pack your parcel 2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. 
All items must be returned in their original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed
Return your parcel 3. Please return your item(s) within 10 days of receiving them. Make sure you retain your receipt as proof of postage for returned items. 
We highly recommend you send via a tracked method until you have received your refund, we are not held responsible for any lost returns.

 

You will receive your refund 48 hours after your return has reached our warehouse. This includes the price of your item and excluding the postage cost.
